Study about the changes colours pass through in different lighting situations. Colour is light - therefore the perception of colour is intrinsically linked to the light situation the coloured shape is viewed at.

For the study the colour shapes were illuminated by different lights of typical/familiar light temperatures: e.g. light bulbs, neon light, hallogen light, daylight. The light was generated with filters which are used in photography to achieve precise data. Nonetheless the subjective, »felt« changes of the coloured objects were the focus point of the study.
